a mish mash of thoughts

I don't know what to type as a title for this blog as it will probably end up with a whole mish mash of thought and feelings.

As April comes to a close I have hit 21 weeks of my pregnancy, I feel very fat and I know I am a lot bigger than I was with Nathanial at this time.

Nathanial is growing up so much, he is climbing stairs, noticing everything around him the animals and such. He is saying a little more and is turning into a little person. I can't believe it. He is starting to stand on his own even if its for a few seconds.

Work is ok, Still don't like how the program is run and have major issues on the lables of children.

I wish I wasn't so tired all the time and had more energy.

Tomorrow we go for our last major ultrasound..even though my doctor does one everytime I visit so we can see.

I am debating wanting to know if the baby is a boy or a girl. I am torn about this subject. I want to know for the obvious reasons: decorating the room, names, clothing etc. I also know there are not a lot of surprises in life and I kind of want to have this as a major surprise. Jeff wants to know before the baby is born.

I guess thats all for now, short and sweet

Great to see you posting again :) I know you must be super busy with Nathanial, work and everything else. It's good to get to hear your thoughts again :)

My brother and his wife decided not to find out the sex of their baby and they had a baby boy. They said that the next baby they have, they will most likely want to find out ahead of time.

John and I haven't decided if we want to find out the sex of our baby when we (errrr...I mean "I")get pregnant.

So excited for you guys! Take care and hope you're feeling well :)

yeah that is a tough call. I really didn't want to find out but did anyway, although we decided not to tell anyone until he was born. I think we might decide to wait for real next time...
so confusing!! life was easier when there was no way to know before hand!!

Hey Danielle, I can't believe you're at 21 weeks already! It's no wonder you're so tired, with Nathanial getting to be so active and you at work too.
That boy/girl thing is tough. I didn't want to know for Liam but Ian did, so of course I had to know. For Giselle it was a no-brainer then. Although for both babies my mom predicted the sex based on heartbeats. I think if the heart rate was on the slower end it was a boy, and if on the faster it would be a girl. Or maybe it was the other way around (I'm enjoying a beer right now, maybe a bit too much).
Whatever you decide, sometimes it may just be decided for you. I know with Liam it was clear as day on the ultrasound!
Keep well, hope to see you at the next dinner.
